Why do I pay tuition from July thru May if school doesn't start until September?
Our tuition is an annual fee. We give parents the option to make payments if they prefer - the annual fee is then divided into 11 equal payments. Our payment plan runs July 1st - May 1st.

What money is due immediately?
The application fee is due when the completed application is returned to the office. The registration fee is due at the time of the parent meeting if the child is accepted for admission. Tuition is paid in 11 installments beginning in July.

What if you are a member of Bethany Church, do you get a discount?
Yes, active Bethany members receive a discount.

If I recruit a child to attend WCCS, do I get a discount?
Yes. An incentive of $225 is good towards tuition for one child from your family if you are the person who actually recruits a new child who is not from a current or previous school family.
