Scheduling

What time does school begin and end?
Kindergarten: 8:30-11:30am; Grades 1-8: 8:30am-3:00pm.

How early in the morning may I bring my child to school and not be charged for day care?

Children on campus before 8:15a.m. will be signed into day care. Likewise, children on campus after 3:15 p.m. will also be signed into day care. We do not allow students to wait unsupervised in the parking lots either before or after school.

Do the junior high students change classrooms during the day?
Yes, the students move from class to class during the day.

Are all the children out for lunch at the same time?
Our children have staggered lunch periods . . . 1st - 2nd grades 11:30-12:10; 7th - 8th grades 12:00-12:40; 3rd - 4th grades 12:20-1:00; 5th - 6th grades 12:40-1:20.

What is your schedule for kindergartners?

There are three schedule options for kindergartners. The first provides a three-hour program from 8:30 to 11:30 which emphasizes academic skills. The second option is a full-day class from 8:30 to 3:00 which includes the regular a.m. program, a lunch break, a nap time, and afternoon enrichment activities. The third option is the same as the 8:30 - 3:00 program but includes before and after school day care from 6:30-8:30 and 3:00 • 6:00.
