Opportunities Available for an Extra Charge:
DAY CARE:
Day Care is available both before school (6:30 - 8:30 a.m.) and after school (3:00 - 6:00 p.m.)
Parents may choose from a monthly rate or an hourly rate.

Students are supervised by staff who have clearances through the state and FBI background check procedures.

If it is cold, rainy, or dark, day care is moved inside; otherwise students are outside where they can play or do homework.
Students involved in sports practice, music lessons, dance, tutoring, or other special programs may sign out of day care and then return to day care as necessary.
HOMEWORK CLUB 1ST-4TH GRADES:
Available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. The fee is $5.00 per session. You can purchase $25.00 punch card for 5 sessions. The club is designed to provide a quiet setting in a classroom where students can get a jump-start on homework for the day. It will not be one-on-one tutoring situation, but a place where they can get guidance and their questions answered on any problems.
HOMEWORK CLUB 5TH-8TH GRADES:
Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, form 3:15-4:15 p.m. The fee is $5.00 per session, payable in cash or by check. The club is designed to provide a quiet setting in a classroom where students can get a jump on homework for the day. It will not be a one-on one tutoring situation, but a place where they can get guidance and their questions answered on any problems.
CAFETERIA:
AFTER-SCHOOL SPORTS:
Sixth through eighth graders have an opportunity to try out for after school sports which include football, volleyball, basketball, softball, and baseball. These Junior Varsity and Varsity teams play with teams from Christian schools. There is a charge for each sport a student plays.
PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS:
Private music lessons are available for students before, during and after school. Lessons are available in piano, voice, drums, violin, and guitar. Dance lessons are taught in small groups after school. Financial arrangements are made with the individual teachers. Recitals are held in December and May.

MAJOR FIELD TRIPS:

From Kindergarten through eighth grade, students experience various exciting field trips to museums, plays, and many other places of interest. A nominal fee for entrance and/or transportation may apply to the field trips.
The following are our major field trips. They involve a substantial cost:
Fourth Grade: Sacramento and San Francisco (4 days, 3 nights)
Fifth Grade: Astro Camp in Idyllwild (3 days, 2 nights)

Sixth Grade: Nature Camp @ Palomar Christian Conference Center (4 days, 3 nights). Fees for this camp are included in sixth grade tuition.

Seventh Grade: SeaWorld (4 days, 3 nights)
Eighth Grade: Historic Studies Tour-Washington D.C., Virginia, New York,
Pennsylvania (10 days, 9 nights)
