Innovative Math
Instructor: Miss Shalee Baan-Hofman, M.A., and Miss Kim Kiser, B.A.
Students will complete a variety of hands-on, innovative math projects that they will be able to apply in the "real-world." They will be intrigued and challenged to find solutions to scenarios they will encounter in the real world. Concepts include calculating taxes, measurement, algebra, and functions. In addition, basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide), fractions, ratios, percents and much, much more will be taught.
