Cooking

Students will be introduced to a variety of cooking methods, kitchen safety, and culinary styles. The class will be divided into two portions; one focusing on culinary basics including measurements, timing, safety concerns and more, while the other will be the hands on cooking experience. Students will cook and bake a variety of cuisine delicacies and culinary staples from a variety of cultures and nationalities.
